Dispatcher:   OK.
Cowlings      All I ... That´s all we ask. He´s got a gun
              to his head.
Dispatcher:   OK, and sir, what´s your name?
Cowlings:     My name is A. C. You know who I am, Goddam
              it.
Dispatcher:   OK. All right, sir. Hold on just a moment.
Dispatcher 2: Hi. What´s your name?
